Dear Dominic.  

I would like to let you know that we really did have a wonderful time in Taiwan. Your staff Katherine Lim is very approachable and always with a smile.  She is very caring, always ready with cough drops and biscuits to give to those who needs it.  

There were many incidents that Katherine help my tour mate in settling issue. 

Every night, she will go round to each room to make sure that we are ok etc.

Those gesture make one feels that she is very responsible and professional and doing things beyond her call of duty.      

The hotels your company selected were good and the tour was worth the

money we paid.
